Create your account and confirm the website the assistant should support. Use the real public domain you expect visitors to use.
2. Add knowledge
Add website URLs, sitemaps, FAQs, files, manual Q&A, and supported product feeds. Review which sources are fetched and which are blocked or URL-only.
3. Set behaviour
Save assistant instructions for tone, fallback wording, product advice boundaries, and when to ask for human support.
4. Test safely
Use safe test chat before exposing the widget. Ask realistic visitor questions and review whether answers are supported, weak, or need more knowledge.
5. Prepare launch
